Yoann is managing the Deployment in Western Europe of an SAP centralization & SCM optimization project, for the client's Beauty Care business unit.
He is organizing workshops, onsite support from Business Process Owners in the countries during User Acceptance Test and Hypercare, addressing and resolving business issues, keeping contact with the local hubs and countries (Italy, UK, France, Greece, Sweden, ...), monitoring and following up the project stages (analyze and design, implementation, communication, training, user tests, cutover, hypercare), and reporting to upper management the situation and concerns.
He is facilitating the communication between countries, central team, and IT.
He is following closely the business user acceptance tests and hypercare issues, making sure all actors have the correct level of information and information, to ensure successful Go-Lives.

During the first phase (3 EU countries), he was coordinating a fast resolution of business data issues. He helped achieving an outstanding 100% successful go-live - up from 20% during pre-production Costing Run.
In three other phases (3, 8 and 15 EU countries), he participated in the Analysis and Design phase as a Business Process Owner : data profiling preparation, workshops organization, gaps detection and discussion, decision papers redaction, functional design review.
He also coordinated the organization of SAP-REA (Recycling Administration, waste management disposal) implementation : gaps creation, contacts finding, workshops and meetings organization.
