Responsibilities split into 3 sides: business development, management, and recruitment.
Account Manager of Hitachi Rail STS USA opening this new account with a project in Baltimore in Construction Management from finding the solution (the IKOS Construction Manager) to the negotiation of the proposal.
End-to-end business development identifying clients, prospect for new accounts, developing customer relationships, and maintaining the qualitative image of IKOS in the railway sector.
Grow the business through qualifying needs, finding, and building solutions (team/ technical offer) negotiating contracts, calculating project costs, and estimating ROIs.
Manage the IKOS construction manager in the Baltimore project.
Support my teams daily to ensure their development within IKOS and their increased skills including both people (teamwork, organizing events, connecting people) and project management.
Lead quarterly meetings with the client and the IKOS consultant to follow-up the project.
Recruit and build my team by supporting all stages from sourcing talent, interviews, and preparation of client meetings to the contract presentation.
Create and lead the IKOS Women Association organizing events to support each other in the engineering field.

Project on chatbots
Mission: to make the employees autonomous on the maintenance and the integration of new contents in the chatbots:
- Collection of needs from employees
- Test of 2 platforms to determine which one best fits the needs
- Helping employees get to grips with these tools via operating procedures, videos, and workshops, and preparation of the Change
- Collecting their feedback to improve the platforms
- Participation in the reflection of the new roles implied by chatbots
- Integrate the improvement in the chatbot using Python
- Exchanges with developers

Creation of content with SEO in mind and putting it online on WordPress and Magento
Participation in a business case on Marketplaces
Participation in the website acceptance testing

Discovery internship and training in corporate finance (due diligence, transaction, litigation and restructuring)
Work on practical cases of due diligence and dispute resolution
Oral presentation of the due diligence case to a jury of Accuracy financial experts (Partners and Managers)
Oral presentation of the dispute resolution case to a mixed jury composed of the CEO of Accuracy, a CFO and a lawyer
