 Responsible for all performance engineering and development of the configuration for all features in the RAN.
 Performed analysis of network KPI’s, troubleshooting of issues, and was involved hands-on with day-to-day performance management/optimization functions for the RAN Network.
 Tracked trouble tickets for site issues based on technical analysis and initiated corrective action to resolve site issues.
 Managed third parties’ partnership across all phases of the tools lifecycle from (RFP, POC, integration into the overall IT ecosystem, support management, upgrades…).
 Designed monitoring KPIs for Radio Area Network services, and ensured performance excellence.

 Drove LTE RF Optimization alongside company’s partner (Multi-Operator Core Network – MOCN).

Key Responsibilities:
 Defined KPIs to measure LTE RF network performances and produced a high-level management report highlighting the LTE network rollout progress as well as the radio performances.
 Oversaw LTE site/cells launch and gating through acceptance.
 Conducted performance analysis highlighting customer behavior and access to the latest cellular technology.
 Ensured data integrity from the Nodes to Local databases (OSS data polling & performance profile management).

 Conducted analysis of existing 2G & 3G radio capacity management procedures and redesigned the anomaly detection algorithms resulting in an operational and hardware savings of over 15% while ensuring service excellence.
 Designed LTE radio resources consumption reports highlighting capacity challenges across the cellular coverage.
 Accomplished overnight LTE technology launch by scheduling night shifts targeting local areas.
 Achieved 2G monitoring and capacity alerting algorithm solution modernization while swapping Radio Access Network provider and oversaw the solution release on the in-house performance monitoring software solution.
 Achieved 2012 operational budget forecast aligned with the Network Architecture roadmap.
