As part of securing Airbus' Digital Workplace, various activities aim to secure employee's working environments (~180k employess) including the encryption of emails and documents on the drive which is one of the major challenges.

Activities around maintaining the operational conditions of products as well as their updates and continuous improvement:
- Maintaining validation and production environments in operational conditions
- Updating components and functional testing before global deployment
- Automation of recurring tasks: adding or removing new users, application and infrastructure monitoring, deployment of new features delivered by the publisher, etc.
- Implementation of RUN operational processes and writing of technical documentation
- Processing and investigations of incidents encountered by product users
- Exchanges with the publisher for continuous improvement of the product
- Onboarding of new arrivals

Department of Innovation and New Opportunities:
In charge of the study, analysis, implementation, development of new products and strategic businesses, going through all stages of business development, in addition to coordinating actions with the different teams involved in every project.

1st year of Edenred Graduate Programme - Edenstep (V.I.E.) :

Assisting with the development and management of relationships with key PPS partners - principally our scheme (Mastercard) and fintech partners to drive internal PPS and PPS client awareness and improvements in how the products and solutions of our partners are used so PPS can improve the value we get from our partner relationships. In addition, assisting with the identification, development and management of new and emerging partner channels to continue to expand our services to PPS fintech customers including TIDE, Monese and improve our understanding of our customer needs.

The challenge of improving the information to be shared with other teams and clients covers:
• Defining and implementing new services to the fintech partners
• Drive improvements in the operational scheme support
• Support the Head of Strategic Partnerships with implementation of new projects
• Provide analyses/analytical support
• Build reporting capabilities to monitor use of solutions and benefits

End-of-studies internship

Title: Probabilistic Approach for Passive Fire Protection Identification

The objective of the internship is to complete the philosophy for passive fire protection based on a probabilistic risk methodology applicable to oil and gas installations, focusing on evolving issues.

The internship includes a review of different approaches implemented on the latest projects, codes and standards and publications.

Different types of operational documents are prepared in close collaboration with specialists in Safety Engineering and Risk Quantification, but also engineers from other disciplines (in particular Structural Engineering, Process Engineering, Materials, Piping).

Writing of the comprehensive workplace risk assessment inventories of the Drinkable Water contracts of Saint-Denis, Bras-Panon, Sainte-Suzanne, Le Port and la Possession cities.

- Observation of the different activities
- Assessment of occupational risks to which agents are exposed
- Excel table of a PHA (Process Hazard Analysis)
- Suggestion of the type of protection applicable for risk mitigation

VBA (Visual Basic for Application) programming for macros that manage the dynamic generated data and report useful data for each piece produced.
