o Implementation of IT solutions such as PlanGrid for centralized construction information management and OpenSpace for 3D visual site tracking, enhancing project traceability.
o Weekly productivity analyses: monitoring performance indicators to improve the efficiency of project managers and teams.
o Collaboration with superintendents to improve labor forecasts, contributing to realistic planning based on operational needs.
This role allowed me to develop skills in budget management, performance analysis, and project coordination. o Created a tracking dashboard and adapted processes to align with group standards.
Project Manager (1 year): Closure of a €2M contract for the first EPR-type reactor in Europe.
o Supervised financial, contractual, and technical aspects.
