Founded in 2020 by Tristan Lecomte in partnership with Caudalie, Second Life collaborates with local collectors and recycling initiatives in Southeast Asia. It's the world's first Verra-certified plastic project, supported by global brands and making a significant social and environmental impact.
Since January 2020, Second Life has collected over 4,000 tons of ocean-bound plastic and provided support to more than 1,200 local collectors. We are a social enterprise dedicated to giving plastic waste a 'Second Life,' supporting circular plastic supply chains, and generating income for vulnerable communities.

In my role, I am driving company growth and committing to maximize our positive impact on local communities and the environment.

The Matcha Initiative is a one-stop platform to help companies in Asia accelerate their journey towards sustainability. The initiative started in Singapore in 2020, where it had huge success, and we are now launching it in Bangkok, Thailand.

We are a proactive community of professionals in sustainability from various sectors. Our mission is to drive meaningful change by facilitating knowledge exchange, sharing best practices, and providing networking opportunities through events and resources.

In a four-month sub-consulting mission, I leverage my experience as former Secretary General at the French Chamber to support the General Manager in analyzing and optimizing key processes, resulting in facilitating and strengthening overall business operations.

Team for the Planet is a nonprofit organization that establishes and funds businesses dedicated to fighting climate change on a global level. Its primary objective is to raise 1 billion euros in order to create and support the development of 100 companies focused on addressing climate change. As an associate and volunteer project evaluator, I am participating in selecting innovative projects that aim to combat climate change.

> Help in the definition and implementation of the Chamber's business and financial strategies.
> Help in the definition and implementation of the Chamber's sustainable development and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy by developing events and actions to raise awareness of and promote sustainable practices among Chamber members.
> Meeting with French and Taiwanese officials and business leaders to promote French-Taiwanese business relations and establish the chamber as a leading platform for companies seeking to expand their opportunities in both markets.

Les Maîtres Laitiers du Cotentin (MLC) is a Normandy agricultural cooperative specialized in the collection, transformation and distribution of fresh and UHT dairy products, under its own brands or in private labels. The group collects and processes 470 million liters of milk, generating a turnover of 2 billion euros with the help of 1,200 producers and 5,000 employees across 6 production sites (as of 2022).

As Asia Director for MLC, my main missions are:
> Define and implement the company's international commercial, pricing, and marketing strategy with the general management
> Manage commercial projects, from prospecting to negotiating and contract drafting, up to the launch of the products.
> Create, organize and lead a network of distributors in Asia and manage key accounts projects
> Daily support of clients and partners, in French, English, or Chinese.
> Create/modify internal processes to adapt the offer and services to the international market
> Support the company on the legal and regulatory level depending on the country

Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale, tarifaire et marketing internationale de l'entreprise avec la direction générale
Manager et animer des projets commerciaux de la prospection et l'élaboration de l'offre jusqu'à la négociation et la signature du contrat
Construire et animer un réseau de distributeurs en Asie et piloter des projets grands comptes
Accompagner au quotidien nos clients et partenaires, en français, anglais ou chinois.
Créer/modifier les processus internes pour adapter l'offre et les services au marché international
Accompagner l'entreprise sur le plan légal et réglementaire selon les pays

Synutra International, Inc. is a leading infant formula company in China.

As part of my project management mission, I was responsible for developing the sales of French dairy products in China. This involved analyzing the Chinese market, identifying market opportunities, and monitoring the launch of new products at the marketing, commercial, and supply chain levels. I collaborated with the subsidiary Synutra France and the French partners of the group to achieve project objectives.

Led tenders and negotiations, managing logistics and shortages, and implementing and
monitoring restaurant menus.

As an event coordinator at the Aristoteles Institut, I managed and supervised groups of students of all ages and nationalities. My responsibilities included welcoming, providing information, organizing tours and events, and conducting the internship in English, German, and French.
