• Helped the holdings department’s heads to review their expenses to understand key variations with the budget & manage their full-year landing, in accordance with the HQ’s guidelines & timetable.

• Handled the financial consolidation of the 19 subsidiaries at HQ level. Prepared monthly consolidated financial statements & analyzed key variations with budget. Implemented new internal control processes.
• Prepared in a timely manner the revised budget (IFRS) of 2+ subsidiaries & managed accurate landing.
• Analyzed weekly sales & performed several ad-hoc analysis (EOS, Sell-through).
• Created on Excel a dashboard to monitor OPEX for the store managers. Conducted the dashboard’s presentation (in English) in front of the Retail Director & 15+ store managers.

• Supported the finance department on daily operations. Analyzed & monitored cash flows. Worked on drafting a profit-protection plan with the CFO.
• Developed on Excel a dashboard to review the company’s travel expenses. Enabled an estimated €40k annual saving, after the contract’s renegotiation with the service-provider.
