• Coordinate 30 high-impact projects across multiple services (Supply Chain, Marketing,
Sales, Operations HR, R&D) by using the Agile Methodology
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance Agile understanding among teams
• Use Agile project management tools to monitor project deliverables, risks, and timelines
• Assist 30 executives in managing timelines, budgets, and maintain high motivation levels
• Provide weekly reports to CEO, and monthly to board of Directors, summarizing project’s
status, achievements, and risks

• Use SAP APO for short-and long-term sales forecasting for 3 brands (200 SKUs, 10 factories)
• Organize the creation, updating and management of business plans with Sales,
Marketing and Finance through S&OP processes
• Develop and run analysis to evaluate consumer sales, patterns, and make demand plan predictions
considering product availability, demand shifts, promotions, and market insights

• Sales forecasting: consolidation of Customer Service information, and subsidiaries to
guarantee an optimum customer service rate for around 400 global products
• Management of product availability for Butter, Cheese, and Cream with the industrial
planning team
• Analysis and development of action plans based on different scheduling constraints
• Management of manufacturing surplus

• Plan the production of finished goods based on the raw materials and demand
• Optimize the weekly replenishment quantities (around 100 SKUs)
• Monitor and analyze the stocks and shortages
• Intermediary between the industrial teams, the warehouse and the sales department for
the allocation of stocks
• Track the production and shipments with the industrial team
• Manage inventories (monitor the stocks of finished goods and raw materials)

• Replenishment monitoring for the zones Asia / China / Japan for more than 300 products
• Management of assortments and stock levels with the merchandisers of the zones
• Optimization of stocks between different areas
• Development of an automatic rebalancing tool on large categories
• Plan stock availability for store openings or other events
