Lean management
• Implementation of the Lean Manufacturing method within the 10 RATP DEV London garages (5S, operational management, PDCA, KAIZEN, Standardized work, 8D, ISHIKAWA, 5W…)
• Management of 5S projects: from the analysis of the existing until the sustainability of the project
• Digitization of audit processes and set up of a dashboard grouping together all 5S indicators
• Carrying out training on the new tools put in place to implement the LEAN culture in garages.

Method and Maintenance
• Development of preventive maintenance
• Drafting of preventive maintenance plans in partnership with bus manufacturers (Volvo, ADH, etc.)
• Definition and optimization of the maintenance processes
• Reorganization of the maintenance schedule
• Management of the sustainable implementation of preventive maintenance in all garages in partnership with the team in charge of the deployment of Maximo (CMMS)

Process
• Drafting of business processes (maintenance, purchasing, quality, inventory management, etc.)
• Responsible for the development and application of quality standards
• Responsible for quality audits
• Responsible for improving the company's processes in order to improve its productivity
• Collect business productivity data, analyze and interpret it

• Implementation of an application for tracked hours (alert quality process)
• Responsible for quality alerts on Thales products for the Gulfstream client
• Writing technical expertise about components failures (for customers)
• Support root cause analysis, definition and tracking of associated improvement actions to closure
• Monitoring of quality indicators in accordance with ISO 9001 (OTD, OQD, etc.)
• Participation in the HSE audit

• Project management (planning, economic monitoring, resource management ...)
• Designing the Back-end of the RBE2 AESA NG radar fitted to the Dassault combat aircraft : the Rafale
• Integration of composite and additive solutions within the Signal Processing unit of the Searchmaster surveillance radar
• Designing radar prototypes and show models
• Realize the thermodynamic and mechanical dimensioning of the structures
• Redacting the specifications
• Ensuring compliance with specifications during the production of a mechanical product
• Implementation and training of CAD software (Catia V5)
• Creation of a VBA application for dimensioning heat exchangers
