- Daily costing of new or modified parts and materials in collaboration with the Purchasing & Logistics departments.

- Leadership in the internal control yearly campaigns working as a business partner with the different departments (Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, HR, Accounting, Treasury...): asking questions, making testings to confirm or infirm the answers received, making a diagnosis, elaborating & following-up action plans for both compliance and productivity improvements.
- Responsible for the whole reporting into the Group reporting tools, for all the reporting cycles (actual, forecast, budget...).
- Intercompany reconciliation in collaboration with the other entities and the other departments such as the Accounting one.
- Participation in the P&L analysis and for building several slides for presentations to the top-management.
- Participation in the follow-up of investments.
- Calculation of the warranty accruals.
- Calculation of the inventory depreciation.
- A supervising role in the plant physical inventory audit every quarter.
- Creation of a new turnkey sales & gross margin reporting tool for more effective reporting and analysis.

- Business partner to the Program Managers: support target setting, planning, monitoring of the financial situation, advice from the finance standpoint, then decision-making.
- Contributed to the SAP implementation, continuous learning, then providing training to users.

1) Pole management control tool set-up project.
Example of a mission carried-out from the start to the end: administration of the tool Essbase which is developed internally and hosted by Oracle, creation of a template for overdues reporting in the tool, checking the reliability of the data with the subidiaries, took actions to enhance the overdues data quality and support to the subsidiaries users.

2) Business cycle
- Animated the subsidiaries' monthly reporting and the reforecasts processes (rolling forecasts...) by contacting the subsidiaries and by working on the Excel files linked to SAP BFC.
- Animated the intra-group invoicing reconciliation process by contacting the subsidiaries, in relation with the consolidators, using the dedicated group IT tool.
- Involved in the Power Point business reviews presented to the general direction.
- Monitored several operational indicators on Excel files linked to BFC. Then I was used to accounting data and financial ratios like the turnover, the operative margin, the operative income, the free-cash-flow and so on.

3) Specific studies
- Analysed, monitored and controlled the supplier invoices, particularly the ones related to the company car fleet and mobile phones.
- Staff monitoring (both internal & external)
- Written group procedures to the subsidiaries and documents to the law department, both in French and English.
- Made a flux cartography of TFMM Pole in terms of generated turnover.

- Analysis of the price and quantity gaps between the logistic deliveries and the invoices.
- Involvement in the reporting, monthly closing and the assembly of tender documents.
- Interfacing the logistic movements in accounting through IBM AS/400 software.
