• Produced a monthly aerospace newsletter and presented extensive UAE and KSA aerospace and defence market reports (Space, China, Russia, and AI) during high-level meetings.
• Collect and study regional industrial needs, implementing a strategic database of 100+ industrial actors.
• Execute business matchmaking strategies, facilitating commercial partnerships with various regional entities.
• Orchestrate high-profile aerospace events, including GIFAS committees, B2B meetings, high-level encounters, and signing of MoUs with key stakeholders during Paris Air Show, Dubai Airshow and World Defense Show.

Coaching internal innovation projects from concept to launch

• Led a Customer Immersion Innovation project involving pitching to executives and company-wide exploration to improve working methods and Customer’s relations strategy.
• Facilitated a multicultural team of 10+ talented employees for a lunar exploration innovation project.
• Conducted business cases of different innovation projects building on Airbus' diverse departments.
• Created a Google Data Studio real-time automated innovation dashboard of the department to monitor innovation projects.
