Résumé
Passionate about the challenges of energy transition and decarbonization of the planet, I'm convinced that digitalization and exploitation of all data is a powerful lever for optimizing the overall efficiency of all economic players (industry, service sector, transport...).
I'm currently applying my skills to optimize the energy efficiency of retail and industrial customers thanks to dedicated in-house tools (platforms and software) and the use of data analysis libraries mainly under Python :snake:.
My work covers the following aspects:

Some results:
* Management of a portfolio > 10 customers
* Over 3,500 MWh of natural gas and 500 MWh of electricity identified as potential annual savings in 2023

METRON is an innovative start-up in the world of Industry 4.0.
It is developing a platform which allows to track and optimize the energy consumption of its industrial customers.
Digitalization & IOT:
- Mapping of data sources (databases, SCADA, PLC, sensors, ERP, cloud...) and definition of the digitalization strategy.
- Creation of network diagrams and matrices
- Communication settings according to the protocol used and the routing table via an internal application (data manager)
Energy expertise & data analyses:
- Realization of energy audits in the industry with the help of energy experts.
- Definition of the strategy to visualize and track the energy performance of a various range of industries (steel, food, coffee, paper…).
- Construction of the related dashboard, widgets and calculation of the relevant KPIs.
- Data exploration to validate the consistency of all the variables we collect.
- Modelization and forecasting of energy consumptions (feature engineering, use of machine learning models).
- Data analyses to identify and quantify energy savings potentials (KPI analysis, sensibility analysis).
- Conduction of energy & data expertises to optimize the energy efficiency of various perimeters (cold generation, steam generation, compressed air, process optimization).
- Deployment of real time recommendations in our platform or thanks to custom algorithms in Gitlab.
- CMVP certified: implementation of energy conservative measures and evaluation of savings according to the IPMVP protocol.
Project management:
- Monitoring and steering of energy efficiency projects for several industries.
- Realization of project planning and follow-up of OKR (objectives and key results) with the client.
- Cartography of the added values in some industrial processes using the SIPOC method.
- Definition and prioritization of energy optimization analyses.
