As PMO for the PLM, I lead the enhancement of the PLM solution for 16,000 users. My role involves evaluating user needs, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring strategic alignment through agile cycles. I analyze ROI, maintain budget consistency via KPI monitoring, and control schedule and budget deviations. Additionally, I facilitate brainstorming sessions for new optimizations and coordinate efforts between development and UAT teams.

In my role as Cost Reduction PMO, I conduct in-depth analyses of the M88 production cost budget, focusing on both non-recurring (NRC) and recurring (RC) costs, and identify budget variances. I develop and monitor KPI dashboards to evaluate performance and pinpoint optimization opportunities, providing continuous monitoring and periodic reports.

I design and implement cost reduction strategies across BE, BM, R&D, Production, and Purchasing departments to enhance operational profitability. This involves cost analysis, process optimization, supplier negotiation, automation, and innovation in R&D. I ensure the effectiveness of these strategies through ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

Formulated the business development strategy for the Middle East, cultivating strategic relationships with key defense and government figures. Led negotiations for new business, managing all associated costs and ensuring compliance in representation contracts.
