Project management - Leading the Health & Safety Challenge project on the steelplant (GESiM Challenge) :
- Lead working groups
- Implement innovative solutions on site and the follow up of the actions (Manage all phases : drafting the specifications, contact and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, order, intern/extern site supervision until receipt)
- Prepare follow-up audits

ArcelorMittal Belval steel plant has received a safety label by the French steel & metallurgical federation (GESiM).

Continuous improvement :
- Development and deployment of the 5S methodology on site : Internal audit and Working groups
- Introduction to the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodology

Safety :
- Maintain OHSAS 18 001 certification
- Risks analysis of processes and workplaces on the steelplant within the new system ISO 45 0001
- Pilot improvement actions on site : feasibility, pilot, validation, work site supervision
- Accidents analysis - Root cause analysis
- Safety & Process audits
- Realization of Standard Operating Procedures
