Strategic and operational functions:
- Definition of a target purchasing policy for products’ categories and major suppliers
- Management of RFQ (up to 200 M$): scope definition, commercial negotiations to improve total cost of ownership, contract negotiation to ensure the most beneficial terms and conditions, contract award
- Implementation of cost reduction actions plans to achieve the annual savings targets (-2M$ savings achieved in 2016) through technical actions, lean six sigma projects and commercial negotiations
- Management of suppliers’ performance (incl. logistics, quality, technical, load/capacity) and its corrective actions in case of deviations or logistic/quality crisis, contracts’ administration (incl. annual price reviews)
Deputy Manager of a project of extension and optimization of a current facility (scope: 175 M€)
