After 2 years contract in China where I was working as the Maintenance Supervisor, my future goal is to continue to develop my career in Melbourne, Australia.
My background includes more than 5 years of excellent experiences in diverse manufacturing companies (aeronautics, automotive and the food industry) who are competitive within their fields. This has allowed me to develop good practices for the maintenance department to ensure safety of each employee, reliable machines by defining a maintenance strategy, continuous improvement and cost control. My education combined with my strong work experience in competitive companies allows me to ensure optimal plant functionality.
I have also 3 years international experience, one year in Australia and two years in China, has helped me to improve my soft skills such as adaptability, openness and achievement of personal challenges.
