Portfolio project manager

- Planning, preparation and follow-up of 2 project portfolios (Finance and Operations departments), monthly summaries for project sponsors (minutes), preparation and animation of 2 I.T. project execution reviews per month.
- Assisting Project managers to implement GBIS's Project & Portfolio Management Life Cycle (PPMLC) and Agile methods.
- Functional support of Project Management tools (ERP PPM: PRIME Project Reporting, Planisware Project Planning and Schedule Management, JIVE knowledge management tool etc.).
- Monitoring and Controlling of Monthly Reports carried out by the project managers (financials, roadmap, traffic lights, risks & issues, clients satisfaction, VCR - Validate Change Request).
- Elaboration, analysis and synthesis of the project portfolio: definition of allocated investments, verification of strategic alignment (budget VS forecast expectation), identification of risk zones, ensuring that budget envelopes turn into projects.
- Project Management activities: organization of project launches, follow-up key milestones delivery , escalation of risks and issues, ensure the project closing phase and post project evaluation.
- Maintenance of Project & Portfolio documentation: Portfolio Reviews, Meeting Minutes, Project Meetings.
- In charge of: PM trainings (more than 40 Project Managers trained in 2017) + Event Management (organization of the annual Project Management event and some “PM breakfast” meetings), animation of SGBT’s project managers community.

- Document Management: drafting contract documents in line with the needs of our 8 regional branches in France, contract analysis, drafting of contracts and endorsements.
- Preparation of monthly Deficit Policies Renewal Committee: financial analysis of renewing contracts (at least 20 per month) , qualitative analysis of the policies, organization and presentation to the committee, preparation of minutes report, IT tools development in order to improve productivity (Excel + Internal tools).
- Computation of Profit Share Statements (more than 600 insurance policies): case-by-case analysis, accounts verification, bonus/malus validation.
- Project Management of internal communication documents: requirements analysis, monitoring and reporting of signed contracts, management of ongoing documents, improvement of existing processes and tools, monitoring the evolution based on changes of financial instruments.
- Document registration and archiving into our database, creation of electronic version, review of the document status.
- Occasional assignments: handling invoicing anomalies, integrating SEPA bank transfer, documents translation into Italian and Spanish.
