• Developed forecasting models and inventory replenishment strategies to support demand fluctuations and seasonal trends
• Developed and executed logistics strategies to support the company’s strategy, including increasing production from 3,000 pcs to 6,000 pcs per month for one client
• Streamlined and optimized supply chain and planning operations, as well as collaborated with subcontractors to ensure production planning activities
• Evaluated inventory levels of internal and external stock across supply chain and distribution channels and optimized inventory to minimize capacity constraints and excess inventory
