✦ Gestion de la communication via le site internet dédié, réseaux sociaux, brochures.
✦ Promotion de l’offre française d’enseignement supérieur auprès des universitaires, institutions et étudiants malaisiens à l’occasion de salons, webinaires, visites officielles, etc.
✦ Orienter et accompagner les étudiants en Malaisie souhaitant poursuivre leurs études en France.

Development and follow-up of the bilateral cooperation in the field of higher education and research:
• Monitoring the budget and MFUC activity planning (visits, promotional activities, etc.).
• Organization of institutional meetings during education fairs (Study in Europe 2018; APAIE 2019) in cooperation with the Campus France Agency.
• In charge of promotion and recruitment of international students.
• Animation of the Alumni network through the platform “France Alumni Malaysia” and organization of dedicated events (Alumni Career Talk, Cocktail Alumni…).
• Communication management via the dedicated website, social media, brochures and goodies.

• Follow-up of the budget and activity planning.
• Promotion of the French higher education to Malaysian academics, institutions and students at exhibitions, visits, seminars, webinars, etc.
• Assist the students based in Malaysia in their project to further their studies in France.

Implement international cooperation actions for the PhD students of the Hauts de France Region.

• Calls for projects for "PhD mobility", "Thesis Award" and "Visiting scientists"
• Organising seminars for PhD students: "PhD Welcome"
• Promote the development of European / international cooperation (Ministries, Campus France, Doctoral Colleges).
• Respond to calls for tenders: bid writing (Interreg) and support selected projects.
• Participate in national and European meetings and missions of promotion of the PhD.
• Develop relations with the international services of the Universities of the Region.
• Develop partnerships with European university groups about the PhD.

Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des actions de coopération internationale pour les doctorants de la Région Hauts de France.

✦ Mise en place d'appels à projets : "Mobilité", "Prix de Thèse" et "Visiting scientists"
✦ Organisation de séminaires d’accueil des doctorants internationaux: « PhD Welcome »
✦ Veille stratégique sur les sources de financement de la recherche.
✦ Favoriser le développement des coopérations européennes et internationales (Ministères, Campus France, Collèges Doctoraux)
✦ Gestion du projet Interreg "Transuniv": animation des comités de pilotage et coordination d'un partenariat de 6 universités françaises et belges.
✦ Réponse aux appels d’offres : rédaction de dossiers de candidatures (Interreg) et accompagner les projets retenus.
✦ Développer les relations avec les services RI des Universités de la Région et de la COMUE.
