Consulting & learning need analysis
- Plan and execute Regional Learning Strategy (learning needs analysis, budget forecast, training plan, post course evaluations, identification, selection & recommendation of training vendors)
- Liaise with Regional HR & Managers to adapt learning offer in 5 APAC countries (Australia, China, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia) within a matrix organisation structure.

Learning design
- Assist in the design of new programs and learning events across the Region (on boarding seminar, team building & activities, lunch talk, contests, games).

Project Management
- Plan, organise and facilitate yearly Learning Event for APAC (200-300 participants) to market course offerings, solutions and to enhance learning culture at a regional level
- Engage employees to take part of the event, monitor and facilitate the activities

People Development
- Involved in designing and creating a ‘Development Plan ‘ELearning module targeted for Managers to support their career discussions with employees
- Facilitated Learning Retentions initiatives (follow up session post-training, sharing alternatives learning resources)

Communication & Marketing
- Led communication campaign including deliverables (intranet, articles, brochures, banners)
- Inform, educate, and engage internal employees/managers throughout the entire learning process.

Resource utilisation
- Led training administration to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of all learning solutions in APAC
- Identify and manage opportunities of available funding (WDA) for Learning and Development programs
- Establish and produce accurate, meaningful and timely monthly/yearly L&D reports
- Provide innovative learning solutions (Distance Learning, complementary learning)
- Identify, select and share complementary and adapted readings / webinars resources (Harvard Business Review, Singapore Institute of Management, Association of Talent Development)
