I first started as an intern managing Latin America and CEE areas. Since, I am doing a french graduates program (V.I.E) being based out of Montreal.
My missions are extremely diverse:
- Lead the Maille strategy on it's very first export market and other 8 countries from Latin America (10.4M€).
- Manage day to day business having leading leg in the distributor's office.
- Provide reportings to Maille International team (sell-in, sell-out, P&L, forecast and market data).
- Drive sales through marketing and trade activations.
- Management of over 1 million€ budget
