Résumé

My experience presents two mains aspects: a first one oriented Legal and Contract , the second one oriented Finance and Audit.

I first spent 3,5 years in Holland in an international engineering company. I worked as a Legal Counsel-Contract manager. I drafted and negotiated EPC contracts from 10 to 200M€. My second task was also to follow the execution of these contracts, to prepare and defend the litigations and claims.

Following this experience I spent 3 years in the Internal Audit department of the same group, in Paris. I could perform audits of entities and projects (from M€ 250 to B€ 7) all over the world and within the three segments of our activity: offshore, onshore and subsea. I audited on a risk based approach the following processes: Procurement, Sub-Contracts, Accounting, Compliance, HR, Project Control functions (Planning, Cost Control, Contract, Risk management), Quality, Construction, HSE.
This last experience gave me the sense of adaptability and analysis and synthesis skills. Adaptability because we had to work with several different cultures (Indians, Italians, Brasilian, Mexican, Thai, Malaysian, American...), analysis and synthesis skills because our mission lasted for three weeks and our challenge was to clearly understand and to properly synthetize the risks and controls we observed within this time frame.
