- Invoicing (monthly amount of 1.5 million €) and budget control.
- Cash management, treasury investment on term deposits and interest-bearing accounts.
- Annual and bi- annual closing of the accounts: check conformity of general ledger, P&L and balance sheet, in connection with the Chartered accountants and auditors.
- Suppliers and payments administration
- Participation to the financial communication: writing of financial releases, of the annual reports, the company reference document and the SFAF (Société Française des Analystes Financiers = French Society of Financial Analysts).
- Administration of the subsidiary : employee contracts, visas with the Home Office
- Sales and international reporting to the COO and CFO: monthly presentation of the forecasted turnover and follow-up of the international activity of the group, in collaboration with the International Marketing Director.
- Relationship with banks (HSBC and RBS)
- Training of news coworkers (Cegid accounting software, internal processes)

- Strategic oversight and analysis of Merging and acquisitions: gathering information about other companies, DCF.
- Creation of the subsidiary 1000mercis Inc in New York: contacts with lawyers, banks and USA administration (immigration, taxes…)
- Training of news coworkers (Cegid accounting software, internal processes)
